Safety: always use eye protection. Follow the suggested RPM for the burr diameter and cut type; do not exceed rated speed. Use light, even pressure and let the burr cut.

Both — individual shapes across the A–M range and ready-made FL sets are available.

Which cut type for hardened steel?

Diamond/double cut is recommended for heat-treated steels and die work; non-ferrous cut for aluminum, brass and soft alloys.
