AM039 – Beading Router Bit

Beading and flute cutter.

Decorative beading, fluting, reeded panels and edge profiles. The Beading Bit is manufactured by amsuo with micro-grain tungsten carbide tips brazed to a hardened steel body and ground on CNC form grinders. Every batch is checked for cutting diameter, angle and concentricity before packing.

Bearing-guided cutters follow templates and curved mouldings
Crisp definition on both bead and fillet
Carbide tips hold profile geometry in abrasive hardwoods
Ideal for furniture, panel and door detailing

Specifications

Shank options: 1/4" & 1/2". All dimensions in mm unless marked otherwise. Bearing-guided versions are supplied with the bearing fitted unless ordered otherwise.

Micro-grain tungsten carbide tips, brazed and ground on CNC form grinders
Hardened alloy steel body; shank ground to h6 tolerance
Cutting edges lapped for low friction and clean shearing
Run-out and diameter checked batch by batch

Decorative beading, fluting, reeded panels and edge profiles.

Compatibility

Fits standard 1/4" & 1/2" collets and is suitable for plunge routers, fixed-base routers and router tables. Bearing-guided versions run against a template or straight edge.
